RECIPROCAL AUCTION BUSINESS LICENSING FEES
* Some reciprocal states allow an auction business to operate
without separate licensure provided that the owner or principal of the business
is a licensed auctioneer in that state. In an effort to maintain true
reciprocity, Louisiana allows the same courtesy to residents of that state. If
you reside in one of the states noted below with an asterisk (*), please contact
the Board office for the correct procedure.
